Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were absolutely gorgeous with a big bathtub/shower but were incredibly expensive. The service was super attentive with staff who catered to every request, but the price was high. The location is excellent at the base of the escarpment, and the dining experience was fabulous with beautiful rustic decor. The facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms had an older charm with a farmhouse feel and exposed wooden beams. I loved the electric fireplace in the living room and the wonderful soaking tub, one of my favorite rooms ever. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast at Muffy's was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking a courtyard and the St Laurence river.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were amazing, located in the older part of the hotel with a farmhouse feel and exposed wooden beams. The living room had an electric fireplace, and the soaking tub was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, lighted closets, and a separate beverage counter with all the essentials like a small fridge and espresso machine with a variety of flavors. It was just terrific, filled with thoughtful details that made the stay extra special. The service was top-notch, from the best gin and tonic I've ever tasted to the courteous, attentive, and efficient staff who even helped organize a trip out of town for us. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of old Quebec and just a 2-minute walk to the main area of the Quartier Petit Champlain. The dining experience was a 10 out of 10, with excellent service in a beautiful rustic setting. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the hotel is in a great quiet location, yet still close enough to the busier areas of Old Quebec. The grass terrace offered a lot of open space, and having a balcony with a view of the St Lawrence was perfect.
The hotel offers pretty rooms with excellent restaurant and nice staff, creating a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec with a perfect Christmas decoration ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The room had everything to make our stay perfect, from a very comfortable bed and bedding to the excellently equipped bath. The atmosphere with interesting and diverse fabric and color choices was outstanding. It felt like a farmhouse with exposed wooden beams, an electric fireplace in the living room, and a wonderful soaking tub - one of my favorite rooms ever. The nice garden view, comfortable bed and pillows, and the great location in the old town minutes away from the chateau, the port, and Le Petit Champlain were just perfect.
Staying at the hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms had a cozy sitting area we enjoyed, making them distinctive and entirely different from the others, and the overall comfort level was top-notch. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Chef concierge Genevieve, who provided excellent local knowledge and assistance. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy exploration of nearby attractions and dining options. The dining experience was excellent with incomparable grapefruit juice and local specialties. A few minor downsides included limited parking availability and a slightly higher price point.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, overlooking the courtyard, and equipped with a Nespresso machine with a generous supply of capsules. The staff was exceptional, making everything from dining recommendations to room service a breeze. The blend of old-school charm and modern amenities created the perfect atmosphere. Definitely worth every penny!
